– Adobe broke daily up channel
– Likely to fall to support level 247.80
Adobe recently broke the support trendline of the daily up channel from the end of July – which enclosed the previous impulse waves (1) and (3).
The breakout of this up channel accelerated the active short-term correction ii from the end of August.
Given the clear weekly downtrend, Adobe can be expected to fall further to the next support level 247.80 (which stopped the previous minor correction 2).
