Tesco’s share consolidation & special dividend

As per a recent announcement, Tesco PLC will consolidate its existing ordinary shares and pay a special dividend to its shareholders. 

Specifically, for every 19 existing shares, investors will receive 15 new shares.

Additionally, a 50.93 pence special dividend will be paid for each existing share held at 18:00 (GMT) on Friday, February 12th 2021.
