Important upcoming events and publications

Important upcoming events and publications for December, 3 (GMT):

09:00 Euro area Manufacturing PMI (final assessment) can increase volatility in pairs with EUR, in case of a downward revision. Since December 2017, the indicator had been demonstrated a slowdown of growth for industrial sectors.

09:30 U.K. Manufacturing PMI had been declining since November 2017, reflecting a slowdown in the related industries. However, last month data is expected to increase from 51.1 to 51.6 after a sharp decline the previous month, and a strong deviation from expectations will spur volatility of the GBP pairs.

15:00 US Manufacturing ISM in the previous two months has decreased from very high levels (max from 2004), and this trend is expected to develop with a growth from 57.7 to 57.5. The sharper easing can push the USD quotes.
